New and existing customers, you can now donate your scrap gold or silver and see up to 100% of the profit go back to building a local Our Giving Kitchen.

How It Works

  1. Make an appointment with AU Precious Metals.
  2. Bring your scrap gold or silver to either of our locations.
  3. Get an expert evaluation and the best price for your items.
  4. Choose how much of your profit goes to Our Giving Kitchen.
  5. AU Precious Metals will match your percentage from our profit.


What We Buy

  • Gold jewelry (broken or whole)

  • Gold and silver coins

  • Scrap gold and dental gold

  • Sterling silverware and flatware

Example

Let’s say your precious metal item is worth $2,000.

  • If you donate 100% of your payout ($2,000)
     AU Precious Metals will also donate 100% of our profit ($300).
  • If you donate 50% of your payout ($1,000)
     AU Precious Metals will also donate 50% of our profit ($150).

You choose the donation amount, and we match that same percentage from our profit.

Our Giving Kitchen is not your typical soup kitchen or food pantry. We’re an inclusive, non-denominational extension of the community that welcomes volunteers of all backgrounds for a hands-on, interactive way to give back to our community.
